Order Processing:
All orders are in $U.S. currency. After receiving your order, we check to make sure the product is available. Once product availability and payment is confirmed, your order is packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Payment Methods:
Somos Iguales accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also receive payments through PayPal, and welcome money orders and checks. Money orders and checks may take several days to verify funds. Orders are processed once funds are verified.
International orders may require a minimum amount to process. Somos Iguales reserves the right to accept or deny any order based upon our sole discretion.
Product Availability:
Most products you find on the Somos Iguales site are available, however occasionally we run out of a given product. If that's the case, we'll promptly contact you either by e-mail or phone. If the product is temporarily out-of-stock we'll give you the option of putting the order on back-order or canceling the order.

Please be advised that delivery times for "Special Orders" will may take from 4 - 12 weeks, or longer, depending on your request. Furthermore, shipping costs may increase considerably, depending on when you need the item delivered. Somos Iguales may request an advance payment to secure the order, once again depending on the item you are requesting.
Shipping Information:
Orders are usually shipped the same business day via USPS or UPS. Deliveries may take between 3-12 business days to reach you, depending on your location. The average delivery time is about 5 business days. Shipping fee includes handling charge, and is automatically calculated on your order.
Some exceptions and restrictions may apply to items that are oversized, special orders, and other exceptions.

International orders can take between 1-8 weeks for delivery depending on location, method of delivery and current state of world affairs. Somos Iguales reserves the right to reject any order.
Somos Iguales is not responsible for any expenses including but not limited to customs, taxes, duties, losses, thefts or damages. International orders do not include insurance. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance.
Tax:
Texas residents will be charged appropriate tax.
Returns:
We are happy to accept your return for full refund or exchange*. Please include your order number and why you are returning the product. We credit for merchandise only (shipping charges are excluded) and a 10-20% re-stocking fee may apply. Returned products must be received within 21 calendar days. Products must be received in "New" condition within 21 days after date of delivery in order to qualify for our return policy.
*Clothing returns such as scarves, must be received within 21 days of receipt of order. Stained, soiled or worn clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.
